Wrong Product Orderd NEED HELP

Yesterday I ordered what I thought was P90x only to get a confirmation email saying I ordered P90x Plus.  I called immediatly not even ten minutes later to try and change my order and the operator said she could do it, I even agreed to get the 6.95 insurance for the dvds.  I even told her I knew it was a little more expensive but that was ok.  I called this morning just to make sure everything was ok, imagine my surprise when they told me P90x plus had already been shipped out and there was nothing they could do.  Then he said to call back for a return shipping number but I would not be refunded for the shipping cost for the original order.  I was upset because the prior day they had told me they were able to change it at no cost to me. I really want the original dvds but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth so to speak. I don’t know now if I will reorder the product when I return the p90x plus.  I don’t like being lied to.
