Customer service

My complaint has nothing to do with the P90X workout product I purchased but with the customer service team. I called three days after my purchase to inquire about shipping and when I could expect to see my kit in the mail. The rep I spoke to was really useless and gave me little info, very vague. P90X you have a great product please keep working on the customer experience, this site is a good start. I will look forward to your response to this note.

    I had a little issue with my P90X when i thought it may have been lost in shipping. I called customer help and they located my package. The next day it arrived one day late but otherwise no complaints. Reps on the phone were nice and i loev P90X so all’s well. Good helpful people.
